Social Distancing As A Family – Day 28

I wonder what the kids will remember about this 20 years from now?

Mommy would just stare off into space a lot.

There were so many baked goods. Cookies, muffins, pound cake, scones all the time. Man, it was awesome.

I literally didn’t leave the house for months.

We never went back to school after spring break. It was all online. The teachers gave us work to do but technically we didn’t have to do any of it. I could have literally blown off the rest of the semester and still would have passed. Instead my parents forced me to do the work. It was a) total bullshit or b) the best thing they ever made me do.

Before Covid-19, I didn’t know what box wine was. After Covid-19, it was a staple in the fridge.

We left for spring break and then I didn’t see any of my friends again until the next school year started.

We played every board game in the house. Multiple times.

Netflix and Disney+ Do I need to say anything else?
