2012 review

It’s been a fun year of blogging and I truly appreciate everybody who has kept coming back to read and join me in bloggyland.  I plan to keep it up and hope to see all of you in 2013.

Here are my top 12 favorite posts from 2012.

January

It’s hard to pick a favorite recipe from 2012 but this is in the top 10.

Apple Walnut Scones  Divine.

February

Whenever I need a good laugh I can check out episodes of Outerspace Astronauts.  It’s a shame there was only one season

March

This little post thrust me into the political arena.  I found myself at the state capitol lobbying against the Personhood movement.  It was a great experience and I’m pretty proud of this one.

April

Who doesn’t love a wedding?  Especially if it’s your wonderful Sister-in-law!

May

The baby dedication at church always makes me think I want another baby.  Then I come to my senses.

June

More yummy.  These cookies might be my favorite.

July

I’ve always wanted to ride in a hot air balloon.

August

A lot happened in August and I couldn’t pick just one.  My coffee table to a lego table has seen a lot of traffic and we had an amazing vacation to New Hampshire.  Let’s just highlight both of them!

September

In September the political climate started to heat up.  This post doesn’t answer the question it poses and I still don’t know the answer.  I’m beginning to wonder if the answer is “neither”.

Is Jesus a Republican or a Democrat?

October

October was a seriously busy month.  Addison’s birthday, school parties, Halloween, football.  Whew.

November

As we got closer to Christmas it was important to think about others, not just our own needs.

December

We will all forever be effected by the horrific tragedy in Newtown.  Bloggers everywhere responded.

Where do we go from here?

But I feel like I need to end with a smile, not tears.

Happy New Year!  Here’s to a fabulous 2013.
