Tuesday I pulled up to my church to pick Harry up from Mother’s Day Out and saw a food truck parked out front. This wasn’t any ordinary food truck. This was a CUPCAKE truck. Yes, I said a cupcake truck.
Say “hello” to The Cupcake Queen. Leah Vincent drives around Norman selling cupcakes out of her spiffy truck. How great is that?! When I saw the truck I ran over and introduced myself in order to learn more about this fabulous find. Leah has had a cupcake business for a while but only recently started the truck business. She tries to use all organic ingredients and hopes to start selling coffee soon too. I think I’m in love.
This was the menu on Tuesday. I assume it changes daily. You can find The Cupcake Queen on Facebook where she updates regularly where the truck can be found around town.
The Cupcake Queen…just one more reason why I love Norman.
