Who doesn’t love homemade pesto? Everybody loves it. But who wants to pay the price for pine nuts? Nobody, that’s who. Unless you’re willing to lay down a brick of gold bullion for the stuff you have to come up with an alternative. I submit to you a more affordable solution.

A little bit about me
Hi! I'm a stay-at-home mom, community volunteer, reader and lazy. I'm a mother of two sweet boys. I love their hugs and kisses but I don't love wiping their snotty noses. Being a mom is my most important job to date but I think it's important to define myself in other ways too. That's part of what this blog is about.
