Growing up in New Mexico one acquires quite a bit of awesome Native American jewelry and accessories. What is even more awesome is when your mother decides to clean out her closet and suddenly you find yourself with random treasures.
This is actually a belt. It only has one setting so if it doesn’t fit just right, too bad. I decided to turn it into a necklace and the compliments came pouring in.
Also in this haul I found my earrings from Sr. prom, a string of lapis beads, a necklace w/ a mother of pearl pendant of two little kids kissing and a sundry of other random things. Maybe my mom should clean out her closet more often.
Hi! I'm a stay-at-home mom, community volunteer, reader and lazy. I'm a mother of two sweet boys. I love their hugs and kisses but I don't love wiping their snotty noses.
